• Removal of lead paint and lead coated components from multiple VISN 1 VAMC’s. Work has included removal of paint, encapsulation and whole component removal in support of renovations and as standalone projects to ensure VA employee safety.
• Lead Decontamination of multiple Air National Guard retired indoor firing ranges. Scope included complete decontamination including full containment wiping of the range and chemical extraction of surface lead to achieve the clearance criteria of 200 µg/ft2.
• Lead Paint Removal from multiple locations from The Boston Red Sox’s Fenway Park. From structural steel abatement to historic sections of the park, abatement was performed in support of Fenway’s’ 100 year anniversary and beyond.
• Boiler demolition/ asbestos abatement at VA facility. Full, negative pressure containment encompassing 1/3 of the boiler house. Complete demolition of boiler and removal of all internal asbestos components. Work was at heights of 30+ feet.
• Removal of ACM fireproofing. Elevated work platforms constructed to protect incoming data cabling and networking equipment. All equipment remained dry and properly ventilated throughout the entire abatement process.
• Interior demolition of 3-story residence hall. Abatement of ACM pipe insulation, flooring materials, window caulking, crawl space and roofing materials. De-leading of stairwells. Work completed ahead of schedule, assuring on-time re-occupancy.
• Removal of lead painted windows at Officers’ residence. Coordination with other trades required to ensure on-time completion.
