Our Company is committed to maintaining the highest occupational safety and health standards; there is no phase of operations and administration that is of greater importance. This is both a moral obligation and a sound business practice. We place the responsibility for workplace safety and health at all levels of management and on each employee. To accomplish this goal it is necessary to provide leadership and support in order to develop and maintain:

  • SAFETY AND HEALTH - The Aulson Company, Inc. is forever striving for an incident free workplace, where Supervisors and Workers use the techniques of recognition, avoidance and removal aiming at preventing and eliminating safety and health hazards in the workplace. Aulson’s focus on Employer and Worker responsibilities in Construction Hazard Recognition and Mitigation creates an opportunity for Our Teams to lead cultural change in the promotion of safe work practices.
  • COMMITMENT - The Aulson Company, Inc. remains commitment to providing a workplace free from recognized hazards by supporting, both Supervisor and Worker recognition and mitigation procedures and Management strategies to eliminate hazards that confront them and their fellow workers. Aulson continues to meet all federal, state, and local safety and health regulations and Industry-Standard safe work practices.
  • AWARENESS & ATTITUDE - The Aulson Company, Inc. promotes a team approach through leadership and role modeling with an attitude to encourage the elimination of unsafe work practices and the incorporation of safety and health awareness and risk reduction.
